Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought a jersey for my boyfriend for Christmas and the jersey never shipped. I can’t get ahold of the company because the only form of contact is via the form on their website or the email address they provided but no one has reached out to me about my attempted contact. They didn’t charge me what we agreed on (which was 115 + FREE shipping) & my bank suspects it’s a fraudulent charge. So I had to cancel my card and report the transaction. This website looks fake now that I inspect it further and if you google the email provided on the website, similar websites pop up. This needs to be shut down.
