Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

This site will ask you to borrow loan and when you try to register with them ,you will be charged and loan will automatically be declined,if you manage to get the loan,you will be debited thrice for repayment, I applied for a loan and it was never approved after a month, they emailed me that my loan has past due payment and I check online, I saw loan disbursed but it is not true, they later charge and fraudulently debit my account for #3400 which they Never loaned me. They are scam and fraud.
