Type of a scam Business Email Compromise
"Randy Knox" texted saying he can’t talk only text and he’s having surgery in a different state but wants my company to do his landscaping, wants landscaping redone but can’t actually meet to look at it. He obviously doesn’t own the home or even know the basics. He wants money transferred between credit cards and what not and wired via FedEx. This isn’t the first time, it’s seriously the lamest way to scam. To think that some companies actually fall for this is concerning. Don’t do it!
