I met the owner thru a guy I met while applying for a position for a fortune 500 company. I wasn’t qualified for the position and denied that particular job, so I gave the owner of Rams Ventures Corp (Rams Express) Sasa Jankovic a call. He hired me immediately for a Commercial Driving job. We agreed to regional runs, weekly pay settlements, .45cpm, home every weekend detention pay, 1099 etc. I worked for this company for about 2 months. I was subject to 100% Over the road loads and was expected to illegally log my drive time and perform FATIGUED driving at the satisfaction of his ontime delivery needs and late fee threatening! I never once received a paycheck over $150 and would run an average of 2,500 miles per week. After contacting the Indiana State attorney I found out this guy has an extensive criminal record which includes assaulting a former driver employee, writing worthless checks, fraud, and more! I was was never paid ON TIME, written a worthless check once, and could provide a single Christmas gift for any of my children in December 2015. Out of 2 months on work I am out of over $15,000 all of which I am currently fighting for via Crown Point, IN Supreme Court proceedings.
