On Dec 23rd, Smart Puppy Shop emailed me a $600 invoice to send a cash payment via Western Union to Divine Bruce at 230 Fifth Ave Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 15048 for a puppy purchase. I contacted Smart Puppy asking how to secure my cash payment and was emailed reassurance. Another identical "updated"invoice was emailed on Jan 2nd (expired after 24 hours). I was still reluctant but received a third invoice Jan 3rd with Garry Vincent as the receiver otherwise the same invoice address in PA. I went to Walgreens and wired $600 to Garry Vincent. Smart Puppy Shop confirmed the $600 receipt. I was told to wait for a flight agent for delivery information.

This morning, I received an email from both Smart Puppy Shop and Excel Pet Shipping asking for a temperature controlled crate deposit fee of $950 CASH ONLY VIA WESTERN UNION. I refused and requested a full $600 refund for the Puppy never received. I followed up on the Excel Pet Shipping Tracking #YC*** without success. The Smart Puppy Shop wanted $950 cash to Pete Ferguson as the receiver in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania ut the zip code was now 15106.

I spoke to the same man, with the same accent, at both Smart Puppy Shop 870-501-5722 and Excel Pet Shipping 870-474-0288 (area code Arkansas)
