I purchased a trial for Radient Revive skin cream. A free 14 day trial with $4.95 shipping. I cancelled my order late and was charged $90 for the cream that was shipped for January. I then found that I was charged the full amount during my "Free Trial". When called, they stated they could not refund me my money since it was already shipped. Since the cancellation I was charged a $4.95 fee in Feb. I called and they stayed it would be cancelled however I received my March statement and the $4.95 fee was on it again. I called a third time on March 18th and again they claim i will be reimbursed. I am currently calling my credit card company and changing the card. I have read online that hundreds of customers are having the same charges. They need to be stopped!!!
