I had land in Alturas, CA. I wanted to sell it but I have been having a problem doing that. So when their letter came in the mail that their company wanted to buy my land I called to find out what they had to offer. When the letter came I thought about the price, even though it was very low. Less than $500. But I did it anyway, not thinking or checking that they could be a scam. I haven’t gotten the money and the land has been transferred. It has been over a month. And I did finally check and found that Mr. David Rabie is a scam artist!!
