This company violates the California Business & Professions Code §17600. It signs up customers who sign up for a "free trial" to an autoship offer, then fails to include a clear and conspicuous disclosure that the subscription will continue until the customer terminates the contract. A screenshot showing the lack of disclosure has been included. Also, this company also operates under the name NuvaJen Gold and Bella Essence, but has changed its name multiple times to avoid scam detection. Its PO box remains the same.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I requested two trial products and provided payment information to cover shipping. After payment was processed, I noticed an additional product was added to my order. I called to cancel my order, but was told that the terms & conditions (somewhere on the purchase page) stated that the purchase of this 3rd product was included. I asked that everything be cancelled. Long story short, today I spoke to a representative, for the 3rd time in as many days, to correct this matter. I am now told that I have to return the products, at my expense, and then I will be refunded. When I questioned why the products have been shipped since I cancelled my order immediately after placing it, I was not given a cogent answer. I was told that I did not click a box which would have allowed me to circumvent the "package" scam.
