Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I ordered a shirt from this website on the 30th of April 2017 for something around $**. i received one response email about this purchase and was given an invoice. On the 7th of may i received another invoice stating that the item was being prepared to ship, it then went 14 days until i had to email the company with the given reply to email address. I didn’t hear back from the owner Dottie until a week later, she then told me that this item was just getting shipped the following Monday and she assured me that it would be personally handled by her. so then 13 days later i sent another email to Dottie asking if my merchandise had shipped yet. she assured me that it would be shipping ASAP and she would get me tracking information, this is the last email contact i have had from her. i then had to look the company up on social media to attempt to contact anyone about my order and if it has shipped yet. i finally got through to someone on instagram and they apologized about my ordered not shipping and yet again i was told it would be shipping ASAP. Another 14 days later and I still havn’t received a refund or my merchandise and i am now blocked by the company on the form of social media. They will no longer Respond to me or refund my money back to me.
