Type of a scam Online Purchase

My husband found this website, and we contacted the person about buying the puppy. The puppies name was bruiser. We sent him the money through google pay (which we are currently filing a claim on) the amount of the puppy with full rights he said was 750. He was going to ship the dog on Friday 08/10/2018, we texted and called him all day long to get the flight information. He texted me back about 5:30pm eastern time (note the plane was suppose to land at 5pm eastern time) and said that his second son was in the hospital on life support and forgot his phone at home, and was going to ship the puppy tomorrow 08/11/2018. We never heard anything else out of him. He also did send pictures of the parents of the puppy and one picture with the puppy actually in there with the dad. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY!!!
