Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Scammer called with thick accent and said that I had won 3.7 million and a 2019 Mercedes Benz from Publishers Clearinghouse Sweepstakes (PCH). Requested my address and I got suspicious. Called a friend for advice. If I entered PCH sweepstakes, shouldn’t they have my address? I told him that I would call him back and then noticed that the call originated from Kingston, Jamaica. Why would PCH be calling from Kingston, Jamaica when they are located in New York state? I did not call back but he tried to call me back several times before I blocked his number. He also gave a contact number in South Carolina of 803-500-6253. From my research, this appears to be a business called ************* ***** ***. in Prosperity, SC. I called the number but got no identifying information other than the number was unavailable and to leave a message after the tone. Not the way I would handle my businesses voice mail message if it was legitimate.
