I was contacted via phone from April Morgan, claiming to be from Publisher’s clearing House with Employee ID#2096. She told me that I had won a Mercedes and that All State Insurance would carry the insurance for it for 1 year. Then she went on to tell me that I won $1.5 million. After informing of my winnings, she told me to go to my bank and take out $695 and then go to the nearest Western Union and call her, when then she would tell me where to send the money to at that time. She was on the phone with me for 30-45 minutes giving me several different reference numbers from UPS (7056511070) to another one of 505700127. Once she told me to get $695, I became suspicious about the validity of these claims.
