Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered through Facebook on February 26,2018. The money was taken out of my bank account that exact date. I receive an email from them on Tuesday February 27,2018 to confirm my purchase. Included in the email was a phone for me to contact them , which I did following the email. That day I was able to speak to someone and they told me I should be receiving my order within the next week or two. Three weeks later and I can’t get in contact with them. I’ve emailed and called and no one is returning a phone call or email. I also tried to check the site and it is not available. I seen some reviews on Facebook saying that everyone who ordered from the site is having the same problems.
