Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 3 candles through prizecandle.com, when the candles arrived they were all broken. I tried to contact the company via the website, but it is not valid anymore. I tried sending an email to the address that was used to send me an "out for delivery" notification the day the candles were delivered. That was not successful either, the email came back as undeliverable. I have tried writing comments on the prizecandle Facebook page, but that too has been unsuccessful. They need to either replace the broken candles due to lack of proper packaging or refund my money.
