A woman called claiming her name was Rita Lynn and stated she was from a private business and wanted to confirm the birth year of my "son". She told me the month and date of my daughters birth but requested I give her the year in order to disclose any further information. She then proceeded to rattle off my "sons" address and asked me to confirm the zip code in order to disclose any information. I did not disclose anything and told her that she needed to tell me who she was working for before I gave her any information. She then reverted back to the question regarding the year of birth. However, she referred to my child as a he when I have a daughter and continuously stated that she would disclose the information for who she was working for after I gave her my information. *** this scam was targeted for my infant daughters information.
