Priority One Resolutions contacted me via phone on 10/19/2015 in regards to a loan they claimed i took out in april of 2015. Though at that time they claimed i took a loan out with a company called WTJ Capital LLC I was in a residential treatment program and didn’t have access to a computer at that time. But since they had my daughter’s contact info and said my e-mail address was used to e-sign I agreed to make payment arrangements because they said I had to agree and make arrangements today or they were going to take legal action against me. Also I asked for the information on this debt they claimed I wed and they said that I had to pay the debt off first then they would send me the information on the debt the claiming I owed. Also after I finished setting up a payment plan and making a payment they read off two different phone numbers they had on me which neither were ever mine they were area codes I’ve never had. Also the address they read off to me was a address i hadn’t lived at for over eight years. Then after recieving e-mails from them today 10/20/2015 in regards to my payment plan I agreed to they sent me a demand for payment letter that states if I have a dispute with this debt to send it to them in writing within thirty days and they will send me all the information on this debt they claimed I owed. So with these several things that didn’t add up to me sent a red flag in my head. so I called them regarding getting the info on this supposive debt I owe and they told me the proof of burden falls on me and that I am leagally obligated to take legal action against me if I don’t repay this debt.

Priority One Resolutions claims they have a collection for a payday loan to collect on from a company called Highlands Holdings. Highlands Holdings does not have any contact information nor do they exist. Any information that does appear comes back to a company listed out of the UK.
