This company is a complete scam. I ordered months ago and never received a product. The customer service never responds and when I did my research I noticed that they were constantly getting complaints on their Twitter about them scamming other people. They have tried to threaten other customers when they do respond. Their website is full of fake reviews with no where to actually submit a review on their website. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company claims to help donate their proceeds to End Kill Shelters by printing a cartoon version of your pet on various items such as shirts, blankets, socks, phone cases etc.. But they will never send your order, they will never respond to you, block you, ignore you and threaten you. This business needs to be shut down immediately.

I ordered two phone cases and one blanket in NOVEMBER 2017, it is now FEBRUARY 2018 and I still have my order status sitting at unfulfilled. I’ve tried reaching out to the company to see whats taking so long and I have yet to get a response. I’ve emailed THREE TIMES, reached out via Instagram AND Twitter with no response on any platform. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND BLAMING IT ON A HIGH ORDER BACKLOG. I’m sorry but NO it should not take that long to print on pre-made items. It’s ridiculous!
