Type of a scam Online Purchase

Searched for months for the perfect new quilt set for my bed. I was very thorough in my research before making this purchase. Although I had not ever heard of www.quiltus.com it seemed legit and this 100% cotton 3 piece quilt set showed the correct photo and details for the quilt set that I was in search of. Luckily, since I had been trying to make this decision for some time now I have a screenshot of the website and this product as since purchasing their website no longer exists. The order confirmation and tracking info were the first sign initially gave me a bad feeling about my transaction. The website just disappearing really made me begin to worry, but then I started trying to give them the benefit of the doubt with all of this pandemic stuff going on right now. The confirmation email did not have any company contact information on it. The tracking info didn’t work. After nearly a month I finally received a package in the mail, but what I received is not what I ordered. It isn’t even a quilt. It isn’t even cotton. It’s a cheap duvet set made from rayon or something. There isn’t a tag anywhere on the product, but it is a low quality knockoff design printed on cheap material. I have pictures to prove! I had no idea people would scam on something like a quilt, but apparently that’s a thing. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’m hoping that since I paid with PayPal I can somehow manage to get my money back. Crossing my fingers!!! Do not order from this company!!!
