Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was shopping for sunglasses online for my wife’s birthday. One of the top search results when using google was "Pricebeat eye wear". The business looked legitimate online. They quickly processed my order, but I never received a tracking number, despite ordering from their "same day" shipping collection. After waiting several days I began e-mailing and calling the business. The e-mails that come back are canned responses, and don’t address the question included in my query to them. I was able to get a hold of someone one time using their phone number, it sounded like I was directed to a low end call center. When I call now, the phone just rings and no one answers. I cannot find a physical address for the company to file a different type of complaint. I tried processing a refund, but that part of their website doesn’t seem to actually do anything (for example, no return/refund process is initiated).

I am assuming at this point I was scammed/ripped off and just want to prevent it from happening to others.
