Consumer called reporting that representative from company called "Presource Techies" this company does not seem to pull any information. They said they are in Nebraska 3606 North 156 St Ste 101 #241 Omaha, NE 68116.The business called the customer saying there were things wrong with her computer (with no previous correspondence) and that they could fix it. Customer gave business password. Says she spoke with someone by the name of Mike and another person with name Kushal. The customer did not give company formal permission to fix the computer and company representative was looking at personal things on consumer’s computer and then telling her what he was seeing. They then sent a invoice for $99.95, but begged for $400 and wanted banking account from her.
