I am a Venezuelan tourist who went to New York holiday in April 2015. During my vacation I bought the iPhone 5s 04/18/2015 one in establishing Live PrePaid Lte at the following address ( 488 7th Ave New York NY 10018 ) for USD $ 326.62 . The terms for giving me this price was that I did not place a SIM card for 6 months on the phone and for this reason I would not be charged a fine of USD $ 199.99 the seller gave me the following address for reimbursement USD $ 199.99 money I sent you information on several occasions and to date have not returned the money as agreed . I have called several times to the store and do not respond. please make me need reimbursement for so was the agreement
