They freeze your computer and then call you and say they are *** (at least to me) techs. For $499. They will fix the problem and take care of my PC for a year. I paid. Called back a month late. New problem but I have their service so no charge BUT $200 on an *** card for extra help. I stupidly did it because I was now frozen again. I cannot be the only stupid person out here so everyone please be aware!
