I was looking for a nurse assistant position on indeed. I applied for a cna in East Lansing hiring From premier staffing agency inc. I was initially received an email from Chase Robertson and then someone name James Jones started emailing me. He stated he was the regional director recruiter for them. He had me fill out paperwork to begin working at Burcham Hills. Once I did I went for one day training then started working. According to James Jones his company is located in Saginaw but there is no record of a license for operating a staffing agency nor record of his business on BBB nor does his supervisor actually exist. I was suspicious when my check never came he said I never turned my timesheet in but he never gave me a timessheet. So once I did get it I filled it out and still didn’t get payed. The first time he said Burcham Hills didn’t approve because I put the wrong date. The second time he never wrote back. So I asked to speak with someone from payroll he couldn’t produce the number only the email. Brandon Alexander is what he said the man name was. That man never gave me an update on whether or not Burcham Hills approved my request. So that’s when I called James and he stayed he called and got it approved. So he said we will issue you a check and Friday you should see it. I never received that check so I asked to speak with the person above the payroll man Brandon. He came up with First name Tonya and Jonathan. I asked for last names and he only gave me Tonya Dionne but didn’t know there numbers only Tonya email. So I searched her on google to find her Facebook page and James Jones as her friend. Once I conforted him of his fraudulent actions and impersonating a business and operating without a license he issued me money to a paypal account. Prior to that she kept trying to send it through western union. I suggested PayPal to get his actual email address and phone number. Don’t work for this man his company doesn’t exsit, you don’t even fill out a w4 for taxes but he produced a fake pay stub with taxes withheld.
