Type of a scam Employment

Posing as a employer looking to hire an Operations Assistant’s. You receive items by mail, verify contents and they supply the shipping label for you to mail via post office, ups or Fedex. Sending them a copy of the mail receipt. Any correspondence you receive, do not open it. They say they will supply you with a pouch to send to them monthly with the unopened mail. I opened them because I was uneasy. The letters are from PayPal stating the credit was denied because they could not verify the identity. The letters come in someone else’s name with my address.
