I ordered from this site in March, spent $70 and still haven’t received my purchase. I emailed them twice and on the last time in May they said it would take 30-45 days to process refund. I emailed again and they just told me the same thing, and offered a $35 credit to void the refund. But I spent $70 and still don’t have my items.

DO NOT ORDER FROM www.popreal.com!!!!! I placed an order on April 13th, 2018 and they charged my card as soon as I made the online order. It is now July and I have still not received my order! I have contacted the company via email several times about getting a refund and cancelling the order. They keep giving me excuses as to why my credit card has not be credited yet and claiming they are "working on it" Lesson learned! Do not order from this company!!!!

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This company is a scam. I spent more then $100 on clothes for my family and never received the items or tracking numbers. A person keeps emailing saying wait 7 days but never offers any other assistance. They have scammed a lot of people out of money with their fake online store. Please shut them down as soon as possible. I wish I could sue them.

Ordered from website on 04/20/2018. Haven’t received any shipping information or shipping notifications. Contacted them to ask questions and received no response. They charged the card on the day of the purchase. Noticed numerous complaints regarding similar circumstances on sitejabber dot com. Steer clear of these scam artists!

I purchased items from this company and never received the products. I file a complaint via e-mail because the company has no other form of contact and received a response that I will get a response within 72hrs but I never did.
