Type of a scam Online Purchase

I followed a link through Target website, searching for a fingerlings unicorn. I read through the website, initially, because i did not want to order from China, and wait 2 months for a fake. I noticed a few discrepancies, such as, different flat rate shipping fees, I then got very leary and I decided to call the #. Well guess what, I called a bookstore! I was then told they had another call earlier from someone who has been waiting for her shipment that never came!
