My small company supplied an excellent trainer to deliver Project Management Cert. classes for PMTC LLC. My trainer taught a total of four classes, each 4 days long, 10 hour days. He received excellent ratings from the participants in every class. The payment for the first class was slow coming, but was received after we agreed to delivery a second training. The payment for the second training was also slow, but eventually was received. The payment for the third and fourth trainings has never been received. PMTC said they would pay for the third class if we would agree to teach a fifth class. We saw we were being scammed. We tried everything to get our money. We eventually hired a collection lawyer who made many attempts to contact PMTC and get payment. We had a court date, but PMTC did not show. My small company is out $6000 to these scammers. They prey on small businesses.
