Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered a plant, money was drawn, received an email it was shipped, but no tracking number was attached. I reached to the owners 3 times asking for one and finally got a response, saying they apologize and would look into it. I didn’t hear back so I sent another email and got another response saying pretty much the same thing except this time the owner Bree said she would send another plant tues to arrive on Thurs. I knew at that point I had been scammed. I looked into this company further and although they have many positive reviews I’m not sure how, I saw they have an F grade on the BBB website and very similar complaints from people who got swindled out of way more money than I did. I think they do have a somewhat legitimate business, but I believe their website advertises more than what they truly offer, and I’m sure they struggle like many small businesses do, so they scam people online to make extra, easy cash. That is my theory anyway. Let me also mention that I got charged for shipping, and it said my order would be shipped via USPS but I checked to see if any packages were coming my way, since I couldn’t track it, and it said there were none, so there you go. I would like other people to know and for these people to run an honest business.
