Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company promises cheaper prices and claims to work with a "dealer." They send you an invoice which they expect to be paid immediately. Once the product is received from their "dealer" they are supposed to send you shipping totals but never send you a total. When you question where your product is they tell you, you owe shipping when you ask for the total they do not give it to you then block you from their facebook group. They have updated their rules to if you dont pay shipping in 24 hours they keep your product and resell it. I have ordered 4x from this group back starting september 26th. I havent received my items I asked them why and now I am no longer in the group after they harassed me and stalked my person fb page.
