They claim to be able to use their program to discreetly access iPhone and android devices. Access phone records, gps tracking, photos and messaging. But if the product doesn’t work they have extremely unreasonable guidelines for a refund. Not mentioning any of these in the purchase page. I bought the basic subscription for iPhone and even though I have the Id and password, I couldn’t use the program for some reason. And I tried to figure it out. And if got to the point that I just wanted a refund. I contacted them through email And basically any reason you can think of for getting a refund, was against the guidelines. Even though it was the basic subscription and within the 14 day period. It’s a scam. If a product doesn’t work, you should get a refund. Period.
