Purchased a puppy online and the breeder sent a email that he had taken the puppy to a shipping service. Was contacted by the Shipper and was told that I could not ship until I paid an additional amount for Life Insurance. the amount and how they accepted payment sent a alarm that something was not right, Contacted BBB in AR and no business was found for that phone number. also, I called and the person answering did not state that he was an employee of PETCARRIERSUSA…..I am very glad to have caught before sending out 750.00 to this scammer…
