Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

they pretended to be Personalloans.com who I had applied for and they convinced me to prove my identity that I needed to go and get a verification card from the dollar store. I got to the dollar store and they then told me that Itunes gift cards are trackable through the ScamPulse.com and I needed to buy one. I was so caught off guard, I did it and then they asked for the code and then said my funds would be transferred. They never did so I called back and they said my zipcode had been blacklisted by the ScamPulse.com and that I needed to go to Walmart so they could send me a money gram. I told them I was not comfortable with this and they need to fed ex me a check. They said they would call me back. When he called back I told him I knew that it was a scam and he said they would send me a check. I told him I had been looking into it and that there is no way he is with this company and I had already emailed the company. He said that email had been hacked and they dont use it anymore. I told him they need to refund my money ASAP and I will not believe anything until I have a check. He hung up on me. I was in need and now I am out $250. Not sure how they got ALL of the information I gave to personalloans.com but they did
