Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Illegal raffling of "lockboxes", which offer a chance to win certain (in-game) items.

These lockboxes are sold for "zen", which is purchased with cash.

I have seen these lockboxes in the game called "Neverwinter".

I presume this company does not hold the proper license for raffling these lockboxes, as they do no post any odds of winning.
