Today my aunt text me about someone calling her to let her know that I have legal documents to be served to me.I called them and they had me on hold for a long time. I spoke with a guy named Eric who told me that I was paying 40 dollars from 2009 to GE money care card. I told him I never had a care card I had no reason to have one. He then states that I have to pay him 1500 dollars or be served with papers which I know is not true at all. I am truly irritated and annoyed. What happened is my credit report has something fraudulent on it.
