Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I was contacted by Leslie Green from Publisher’s clearing house stating I won $750,000, a 2017 Mercedes Benz, and $5,000/week for 2 years. Then he said I would have to pay 1% of the amount of my cashiers check to register and license the winnings. He stated I could go to any walmart and they would have the information already in their system about my winnings. I told him I did not have the money at this time. He said I would be given the money back right away but I had to pay the amount of $750 to receive my winnings. He said I could call him back when I had the money and my winnings would be on hold. The number came to me as restricted but he gave me the number of 1 (876) 2869 ex. 124 so I could call him when I had the money.
