I contacted this company when the message came on my computer screen not to touch it to call the number which appeared to be connected with windows. I did this and these people granted me lifetime access for many devices , But after a while none of them work, or get viruses again and I have to call them, OR they call periodically at odd times of the night and say that something is going on with my computer and then I need to let them in to fix it. Now I Hurley is my computer I don’t know what’s going on. Can you help me somehow? I just did as your website suggested and ran website through who is. It came back with an India address although these people claim to be in New York City.

Type of a scam Tech Support

The scammers claimed to be calling on behalf of Microsoft’s global server. They stated that my computer was sending notifications of "errors" to the Microsoft global server. They use the name of PC Support Karma and provide much information about them, which is a tactic to fool people. They even use an actual NYC address to state that their headquarters are based at that address (140 Broadway, New York, NY) They also use the website www.aios.us as another method to fool people. The websites look really legit. They claim to provide technical support and to fix all the problems your computer may have for two prices. It costs $300 for a ten year guarantee and $500 for a lifetime guarantee. They will ask to use TeamViewer to access your computer "remotely." They will proceed to show you all the "errors" your computer has and also may show you how your computer has been hacked by people in China. They have Indian/Pakistani accents and it begins with one person who will then pass the phone to their "supervisor." In my case it was "David Thompson" and he will really try to get you to trust him by showing you the website of the company and also providing pertinent information, such as, toll free numbers, hours of business, websites, employee ID, and also address of its headquarters.
