Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received an email that a purchase has been made for $50.00 on my PayPal account. If I want to cancel it they instruct me to click a link which they say takes me to the PayPal website and they ask me to confirm my account by giving them all kinds of my bank account info and my social security number which they have never asked for before.  I never give out my SIN. Here are the details of that email:
