On February 21, 2020, I purchased with my credit card a Husky 61 in. W x 18 in. D 18-Drawer Tool Chest and Rolling Cabinet Combo in Red-H61CH6TR12R for $69.95. I waited until April before contacting thinking they were having trouble getting things shipped due to the Covid virus. Then I sent 6 emails to them around the 27th of April regarding this shipment. They sent me a tracking number that led to nothing. They claimed it was sent to my mailbox but that would be impossible since I live in an apartment and I have a cluster of boxes at the office where no item as large as this could have been left. Not to mention that the weight would have been prohibited for the mail carrier to have lifted alone. Then they claimed it was delivered to my home. Not possible. At the time I was social distancing at home due to the Covid virus and had not been out of my home. Then they said they would reorder it and send me another one. I said okay and waited two more months. More emails in June arguing about tracking numbers and misdirected shipping. Then they offered to give me a certificate for $75.00 in clothes or shoes. Of course I said no that I wanted the merchandise or a full refund. Then they said they had to cover their expenses and would give me 60% of the original purchase price. I said no I wanted what I ordered or a full refund. They said they couldn’t give me a full refund because they incurred lost parcel and shipping fees, so they offered to refund all but $15.00 for their expenses. Again I said no, it was not my error but theirs and I wanted a full refund. Then they came back with another counter offer of $5.00 for their expenses and the rest refunded. I said no, I wanted a full refund, that they were using shoddy business practices. Finally on June 27, 2020 they said they would refund the full amount ASAP. It is now September 27, 2020; 3 months later and no refund. I truly believe that this will be the second online scam I have had this year. So disappointed with this type of shopping.

This website is a total scam! Order a power tool in Feb 2020 but received a cheap ugly Louis Vuitton belt. Notified them of the error so they “said” they re-shipped the order correctly this time on 9 Mar 2020 and they provided a tracking number. On 4 Apr 2020 tracking information indicated that the package has been lost in shipment. Notified Pattesale and requested a refund after which they advised they could only offer a 60% refund due to costs incurred to ship and re-ship due to their errors. Waste of time!

Ordered DeWalt miter saw for $58.92. After a week, texted them because had not received confirmation and tracking number. They responded saying busy but would send tracking number. Did get after two more weeks.It showed product shipped from China and in Chicago. Four days later, it arrived here and it was a pair of cheap sunglasses.
