Type of a scam Debt Collections
A recording claiming to be from Paragon Funding calls on a daily basis, claiming that I owe them several hundred dollars on a loan that I never applied for. The address they have on file is one I lived at, but not at the time of the supposed loan. A credit check reveals no missed payments or collections, so it’s not the result of identity theft. They call from several different numbers, but it is always the same recording and the same call center.
