Type of a scam Business Email Compromise

This person promised a product (wig). Wanted brand Ambassadors for company offering packages. Then say her mom died as a delay to keep getting money and not delivering packages but in the mean time kept posting to sell the product. I asked for refund and Now the person has deleted their page. I was definitely scammed. Could not request money back via paypal bc it was a payment to them to it wasn’t covered. the amount was 75.00
