Pamonny Company

Ordered the Garden Kneelers and received some pads without the metal frames. All the advertisements show the product with the metal frames and the company would not either send me the frames or refund my money.

Pamonny/Fashiononline in China are essentially thieves! I ordered two little items that you can kneel on to garden with a frame to help you up. I received part of one item. Contacted them (apparently they are Fashiononline but they were selling under the name Pamonny) and asked that they send the missing item and the missing part to the item received. They refuse to do this. They kept offering to refund PART of my money. What I received is useless by itself, so I would have paid $47 dollars for essentially nothing. I finally decided I would return the item. They said it had to be at my expense. I had to ask for their address several times. They didn’t even offer to provide a label. I may return the item on principal, although I might be throwing good money after bad. I have no assurance that they would refund anything. I complained to Amex, and they may take care of it. But, in my opinion Fashiononline/Pamonny in China are essentially thieves

I ordered a garden kneeler online and received a cheap pad that I could have bought at the dollar store. The product was supposed to be a sturdy device with handles to be able to kneel easily in the garden and then push yourself back up. I contacted the company and they only offered me a 30% refund. I explained that they did not send me what I ordered and told them that they could either send me the correct product or give me a full refund. They advised me that if I wanted a full refund then I would have to ship the pad back at my expense for $20.00. I filed a dispute with paypal so I’m sure that I will get my money back. I have photos of what I (and others) bought and what we received. I have filed a formal complaint against this company with the FTC. One more thing: The company seems based out of The United Kingdom but the package shipped from China. They need to be stopped.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered a garden kneeler from this outfit. Got an incomplete product with the main parts missing making it useless. Complained and received an e-mail offering a 15% discount. When we replied that that was unsatisfactory and wanted the complete item we received another e-mail stating that it was now out of stock and we could have a 20% discount on future orders. Now after doing research online we saw several reviews stating that this was a scam.

Got the same issue. Told the company not to send me communication regarding this issue.
