Victim was called on her house phone stating that her laptop had been hacked and that she needed a anti virus and an anti hacking software. They told her it would take about 2 hours and cost $249.00. The victim could see the scammer doing things to her laptop as they were on the phone. This was the second time they had contacted her about this issue. Once she was told the cost of it she told them never mind and hung up. At that point her laptop had been hacked and a trojan appeared.
