Type of a scam Phishing

My father received a letter in the mail indicating an heir (J Wellman) had roughly 11k left in an account and it was being held by a company. He was instructed to call a number to begin the retrieval process. He called that number and a woman answered the phone but didn’t immediately identify herself or the company she represents until my father said why he was calling. At that time, she introduced herself as Gina Abio. My father indicated he did not have an heir J Wellman. Somewhere in the conversation it came up that this was from an heir in the South. My father indicated he had a son in GA (me) and she asked for my phone number. He did not give it to her but indicated he would pass it along. When he called me, it sounded to me like a scam. I asked for info and he gave me their we address. The domain (overage.agency) was registered 39 days ago but auto forwards to: www[.]recoveredmoneyfinder[.]org/overage[.]agency/apphome[.]php. The certificate for this recoveredmoneyfinder[.]org is valid from 7/10/2020, 9:40:55 PM (Eastern Daylight Time) further making me feel like this was a scam that just stood up. Gina Abio, if that is her name, can be reached at: Cell: 214-434-0309 Office: 244-444-0661 Email: [email protected][.]agency.
