I was searching for Helinox camping chair on Google Shopping. The item I attempted to purchase via outhave.com appeared alongside other reputable sellers such as REI (see screenshot). I went to check out as a guest, and didn’t create an account with the site. So far so good, a lot of merchants do this. However, shortly after I hit the "submit" button on my order, using paypal as a payment method, I realized the transaction was not right. Usually you receive an order confirmation immediately. That did not happen. I did receive a paypal confirmation, and that’s when I realized it was a scam. The shop name was listed as "[email protected]," and the item I purchased wasn’t anywhere on the confirmation. The owner of the paypal account was listed as ???????????? – [email protected] A hotmail address sent up major red flags. PayPal receipts are usually itemized and very clear about what your order contained. Trying to stay optimistic, I hoped that perhaps there was just a delay in receiving my order info and confirmation from Outhave.com, and perhaps it was an international company.

The next day (7/19) my paypal transaction was updated with a USPS tracking number (9200190237757330185563). If you actually track it on USPS.com, you can see that it shipped on JULY 1! It was also listed as delivered on the same day that I placed the order (7/18), which is obviously impossible. That was the final nail in the coffin; it was a scam.

When you try to search for the same item, the Helinox chair does not appear. Instead you see this error message: There is no product that matches the search criteria.

I ordered an office chair and 2 days later received a tracking if from PayPal claiming my order had been delivered 5 days before I even ordered it. I thought this was safe because they allowed me to use PayPal. Goes by Miguel Tedello. I tried contacting the support number but the phone number is off and the email seems Chinese. Seems super sketchy. Wish I would have looked into this before buying.

We ordered a gaming chair for my son’s 13th birthday on Sunday, July 19th. so this morning I went to check the order details and to see if any shipping information was available. So I clicked on the tracking button which was through USPS, and it says it was delivered to our Walker post office on July 18th. I didn’t place this order until July 19th. When I tried to call the phone number listed on their website, I get a busy signal.

Ordered two patio lounge chairs with two different credit/debit cards because there was a message that they could only send one due to other customers getting the special promotion. It offered pay pal or pay with a credit card and I don’t use pay pal so I used the credit card and debit card for the two transactions. There was a message that an email would be sent with confirmation and tracking. The charge cam through as pay pal transactions which we did not do. I created and account and tracked the purchases and they were in "processing" status. I called the phone number and the message stated that there was no one to take the call try back again later. The emails i sent were never returned. I called and sent multiple emails and phone calls with no luck. Cancelled the charge on the credit card but lost the funds on the debit card. I then searched the web for the company and found many posts exactly the same experience I had. My wish is that this website will be stopped taking money from people.
