Type of a scam Credit Cards

My husband saw their ad on the computer. They said that their product was very helpful for helping with your eyesight. To order their product you had to give them a credit card number and all the information that goes with that. The amount was $37.00. They did charge that amount to our debit card. But, we never received ANY of their product. PLUS, we were inundated with MANY emails from them. Telling us of the many other products that they have for sale that would be helpful. I kept an eye on things from our account. They have not given our money back at my request and the emails have stopped. I informed them that I would report them to the BBB and had all the information to do so. They also have a youtube video promoting their product. I also put a message for other to see, informing them that this was a scam and not to purchase from this company.
