He will tell you he has the puppy from the site and he can ship the puppy for free and that it is $500; they are half off. Then after he gets the $500 he will say he needs $600 more for insurance and safety as the shipping is not free but you will be able to get the money back once you sign for the puppy. Once he gets that money he blocks you and your money is gone as he only accepts money grams.
