Has to be a law against monopolist companies like Otelco of Oneonta. We pay over $80 for 4m download but the service is out 50% of the time and they will not allow a refund nor will they fix the issue. They have bullied their way into success by having this monopoly on our county. This county has no choice but to continue to pay them like some kind of mob. PLEASE HELP OUR COUNTY!
