We received a form to renew our Business Registry with the state. This information is available through the state website. They took that information and sent an "2018-Annual Report Instruction Form" with the correct information, including the dates. However they "Please respond by" date is the same date we wrote the check for our renewal last year. In our state when you receive the notice from the state to renew the Business Registry it gives you the website to go to and print the annual report to send with your payment of $100 to renew. This company is claiming they can save you time by going to the website and clicking print for you and they want to charge an additional $75 for this "service."
