In searching for a dress (bridesmaid dress) for an upcoming wedding this site popped up multiple times. They had reviews on many of the products I clicked on and had some good deals so I decided to give them a try. Placed the order on 4/26/2019 and received an email soon after saying that the order had been placed. Then about a week later received a second email saying the order had been placed. I responded asking why two emails with different order numbers on it and didn’t receive an email in reply however, after getting back on the website I saw that one of the orders had been removed. At this point I was wary but still had hope it was legit. Fast forward to just a few days ago when I emailed again to complain about not having received what I ordered yet (they said to allow 2-3 weeks to receive the order) and I amazingly got an email this time but 3 days later. They simply said that they had contacted the factory it was shipping from and that they didn’t have the dress in stock (obviously a red flag since it said nothing of the sort online when it was ordered) and that it would be back in stock in 5-15 days and that I could either wait for shipment or receive a refund. I replied back demanding a refund and said that they are a ridiculous company (if they are an actual company at all). I’m not holding my breath that a refund will actually happen…I simply wanted to warn others.
