Type of a scam COVID-19

Found this site from a link online. Not sure how I found it, but I was looking for a pulse oximeter for my daughter with CHD. Ordered one item for $36.00 using PayPal. I waited 2 weeks before I tried to make contact with the company just looking for a possible ship date or confirmation the order was being processed. I waited 2 weeks due to the COVID19 situation to give the company time to ship the item. I sent emails and left voicemails, but have not heard one word from this company. When I call them I never get a live person. Sometimes I get an "option" to leave a voicemail, which I always decline, but get sent to voicemail regardless.
